Slip resistance testing machine

Machine to determine the slip resistance of footwear by the coefficient of friction. Slipping is the main reason of several personal damages causing a high social and health spending. Several researches confirm that falls at the same level are the main reason of accidents. Most of these accidents are due to slippages (low gripping of footwear) or trips (high gripping of footwear). The slip resistance test and its requirements were established in 2007 in order to reduce the risks of slip. The slip resistance testing machine allows you to study the factors that can have influence on the gripping degree of footwear or soles in accordance with extensive biomechanical studies.
