Rotating roller abrasion meter for testing the abrasion resistance of sole materials for footwear, abrasion system of lady high heel taps, TPU heel tap materials, TPUR, PUR and elastomers in general.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Rotation control during the abrasion by means of a programmable logical controller with option of choosing 42 cycles (20 m) or 84 cycles (40 m).
Automatic return of the test piece holder to the starting point.
Pneumatic elevation system of the test piece holder when programmed cycles are reached.
System to carry out the test in accordance with method A of the Standards.
Diameter of cylinder: 150 ± 0,2 mm.
Maximum abrasion run: 40 ± 0,2 m.
Lateral displacement of the holder per revolution of the drum: 4,20 ± 0,04 mm.
Test piece holder to press test piece against the drum with a vertical force of: 5 + 0.1 N or 10 + 0,2 N.
Central axis of holder has an inclination of 3º from vertical axis.
Horizontal distance between the central axis of the holder and the longitudinal axis of the cylinder within + 1 mm.
Rotating speed of cylinder: 40 ± 1 r/min (cycles per minute).
