Flexometer for belts

REFERENCE 5135

Machine for evaluating the flexing resistance of belts manufactured from two or more layers of any material bonded together, including textiles, coated fabrics and leathers. Belts manufactured of a single material, including grain leather, coated leather, “bonded leather”, coated fabrics and any material with edge coating, printing and/or trims attached can be tested. Moreover, bag handle or straps can be tested too.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Test positions: from 3 to 12 depending on test piece width.
Space between clamps in open position: 101,6 mm (4 inches).
Space between clamps in close position: 31,75 mm (1,25 inches).
Electronic speed control between 40 and 90 cycles/minute (60 ± 5 cycles/minute).
Adjustment of test speed by control in the cabinet.
Displaying of speed by tachometer.
Digital pre-selector cycles meter with 6 digits.
Accumulative cycles meter.
Automatic stop when programmed cycles have been reached with test pieces in their maximum extension.
Polycarbonate safety protection.
Working voltage: 220V 50/60 Hz single-phased.
