Equipment for measuring the flexion angle of whole footwear or sole by using a predetermined strength.

  • This equipment has been specially designed for complementing Sole Flexometer model 5060.
  • Chance to define angle and strength parameters for whole footwear flexing test with model 5061-Z, in accordance with Standard EN ISO 24266:2021 Method A.
  • Adjustable support to fix the footwear top or the sole to the table.
  • Touch terminal with test stopping with a strength value (N) that can be programmed (according to the standard 30 N), 0.1N resolution.
  • Test stopping with angle preselection in order to study high requirement footwear.
  • Displaying of the present value, function of tare (Reset) and function of displaying the maximum value during the test.
  • Reset of the values. Generation of XY graph with chance to print a record.
  • Function of measuring the angle “a” with automatic stopping of the system when it has reached the selection (that can be from 0º to 70º), 1º resolution.
  • Up and down movement of the mobile plate with fast speed.
  • Choice of the strength scale: 25, 50 or 100 N.
  • Chance of transferring the XY graph to USB portable data storage.
  • CX-MUVER software for communication with PC in order to export data to spreadsheet.
  • Working voltage: 220 V single-phase 50/60 Hz.
